Creamy Ranch Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 1 cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing
• 1/2 cup sliced green onions
• 1 tsp. dried dill weed (optional)
• 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped (optional)
• 3 lbs. red bliss or new potatoes, cooked and cut into large chunks

Directions

1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except potatoes in large salad bowl. Toss with warm potatoes; salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
