4 beef sirloin steaks (about 10 oz. ea.), 1 inch thick
4 cloves garlic, halved
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 large onions, sliced
1 cup Wish-Bone® Western® Original Dressing
Directions
Rub steaks with cut side of garlic and sprinkle, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper; set aside.
Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onions, stirring frequently, 20 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Western® Original Dressing; keep warm.
Grill or broil steaks, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with remaining 1/2 cup Dressing, until steak is desired doneness. Serve steaks topped with onions.
