Cowboy Chef Salad
Ingredients
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or chicken
- 1 cup cubed Monterey Jack or pepper Jack cheese (about 4 oz.)
- 2 medium red or orange tomatoes, quartered
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
- 1/2 cup your favorite Wish-Bone® Western® Dressing
Directions
- Evenly layer lettuce, turkey, cheese, tomatoes and eggs on serving platter. To serve, drizzle with Wish-Bone® Western® Dressing.
