Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, diced
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 6 cups torn romaine and/or iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 bunch watercress, torn
  • 3 cups cut-up or shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese (about 4 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing

Directions

  1. Combine avocados with lime juice in medium bowl; set aside.
  2. Arrange lettuce and watercress on large serving platter. Top with chicken, tomato, bacon, onions, egg, cheese and avocado; arranging in rows. Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing.
