3/4 cup Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette or Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak or lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 cherry tomatoes
1 large onion, cut into 8 wedges
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
Directions
Combine 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing with mustard in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag. Add beef and vegetables; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours.
Remove beef and vegetables from marinade, discarding marinade. Alternately thread beef and vegetables onto skewers*.
Grill or broil kabobs, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing, 8 minutes or until beef is done and vegetables are tender.
