2 cups baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cups soy nuts
10 sprays Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Balsamic Breeze® Vinaigrette Dressing
3 ounces grilled salmon
  1. Arrange spinach, then red pepper, carrots, cheese and nuts on dinner plate. Just before serving, spritz with Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Balsamic Breeze® Vinaigrette Dressing, then top with salmon.
