Fruit Salad Parfaits

Ingredients
1/3 cup strawberry jam or raspberry jam
3 cups sliced fruit (strawberries, pineapple, banana)
2 cups Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup low fat granola cereal
  1. Combine strawberry jam with fruit in medium bowl. Evenly spoon Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream into 4 parfait glasses. Evenly top with fruit, then granola. Garnish, if desired, with mint.
