- 1 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread - 1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced - 2 cups sliced mushrooms - 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced - 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Light Balsamic Basil Vinaigrette Dressing - 6 cups mixed salad greens or mesclun - 4 ounces Gorgonzola or blue cheese - 4 slices turkey bacon or bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled |

1. In 12-inch skillet, melt Spread over medium-high heat and cook onion and mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat and stir in Wish-Bone® Light Balsamic Basil Vinaigrette Dressing. 2. On serving platter, arrange greens. Top with chicken mixture, then cheese and bacon. Serve, if desired, with additional Dressing.
