Ingredients
1 small seedless cucumber
1 head Boston lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 cup grape tomatoes
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
  1. Peel cucumber, leaving some strips of peel on; thinly slice.
  2. Arrange lettuce on serving platter. Top with cucumbers, tomatoes and red onion. Sprinkle with green onions. Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing.
