Ingredients
16 slices French baguette, about 1/2-inch thick (16 oz. loaf)
1-1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup diced fresh mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
2 Tbsp. Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Arrange bread slices on baking sheet. Bake 7 minutes or until crisp.
  3. Combine tomatoes, cheese and Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing in medium bowl. Evenly spoon onto bread slices. Top with basil.
