Ingredients
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Italian or Light Italian Dressing
1 package (8 oz.) snow peas, trimmed
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 bag (5 oz.) mixed salad greens
  1. Combine all ingredients except salad greens in large bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, at least 30 minutes. Arrange salad greens on serving platter, then top with marinated vegetables.
