Mediterranean Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. fresh bocconcini (mozzarella cheese balls) or mozzarella, cut into chunks
2 large tomatoes, cut into chunks
1 jar (7-1/2 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Stir well before serving.
