Grilled Swordfish Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2 cup Wish-BoneĀ® Fat Free! Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
1 Tbsp. capers, chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
4 swordfish, salmon or tuna steaks (about 1-1/2 lbs.), 1 inch thick

1. For marinade, combine all ingredients except fish. In large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, add fish and 1/3 cup of the marinade; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 30 minutes. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
 
2. Remove fish, discarding marinade. Grill or broil fish, turning once and brushing with refrigerated marinade, until fish flakes with a fork.
