| Ingredients |
| 2 avocados, diced |
| Juice of 1/2 lime |
| 6 cups torn romaine and/or iceberg lettuce |
| 1/2 bunch watercress, torn |
| 3 cups cut-up or shredded cooked chicken |
| 1 large tomato, chopped |
| 6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled |
| 3 green onions, thinly sliced |
| 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped |
| 1 cup crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese (about 4 oz.) |
| 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing |

- In medium bowl, combine avocados with lime juice; set aside.
- On large serving platter, arrange lettuce and watercress. Top with chicken, tomato, bacon, onions, egg, cheese and avocado; arranging in rows. Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing.
