- 1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce - 1/4 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread, melted - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.) - 8 cups torn red or green leaf lettuce - 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced - 1/2 cup sliced celery - 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Creamy Blue Cheese with Gorgonzola Dressing |

1. In small bowl, blend cayenne pepper sauce and Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread. Season, if desired, with salt. 2. Grill or broil chicken, turning once and brushing frequently with hot pepper sauce mixture, 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. 3. In large bowl or on serving platter, toss lettuce, cucumber, celery and Wish-Bone® Creamy Blue Cheese with Gorgonzola Dressing. To serve, slice chicken and arrange over salad.
