16 slices (1/2-inch-thick) French baguette, toasted
1 cup quartered grape or cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.)
1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
40 sprays Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Balsamic Breeze® Vinaigrette Dressing
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Arrange bread on baking sheet.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl; evenly spoon on bread. Bake 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
