Adding vegetables to your salad is always a great way to add flavor, color and a lot of vitamins and nutrients your body needs.
Carefully remove florets from a broccoli crown with a chef’s knife. Break up the larger florets with your hands until they are small enough to eat in one bite. Florets can be served raw or blanched (boiled, then plunged into ice water to preserve crispness).
