1. Promotion Period: The Wish-Bone® Instant Win Game (the "Game") begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 12, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on August 4, 2008 (the "Promotion Period").

2. How To Play the Instant Win Game: During the Promotion Period, visit www.wish-bone.com/digitalgarden (the "Website"), complete all required registration information or sign in if you are a returning player, and click where indicated to plant a digital garden. You will then find out on screen if you are an Instant Winner. Thereafter, you may visit the site each day to sign in and click the tend garden functionality to find out if you are an Instant Winner. Limit one game play per person/e-mail address per day. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. Automated game plays, or those generated by script or bot are not eligible. All game plays must be complete to be eligible. All game plays become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever ("Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

4. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (ARV): Instant Win Prize (1,955 - 23 per day): A select customized Wish-Bone® Greenshopper™ bag (ARV: $10.00 each). The approximate odds of winning an instant win prize are 1:30. Limit one (1) instant win prize per person/email address. Unclaimed/unredeemed instant win prizes will not be awarded. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prize is nontransferable and no cash substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. All Instant Win Prizes will be sent approximately 6 - 8 weeks after the winner has been confirmed.

5. General Rules: Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize. All persons, by participating in this Game, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding. Instant Winners, by accepting prize and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree, as applicable, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Game, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever, for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a game play or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Game, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded or for any typographical or other error in these official rules or the announcement of offering of the prizes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use Instant Winner's name and likeness for trade/promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. In case of dispute, online game play will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Game or website; violates these official rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner: or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing and administration of the Game. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Game if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort and to award instant win prizes claimed prior or cancellation. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, game plays. As a condition of playing the Game, participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees.

6. Verification: All Instant Winners are subject to verification of eligibility. If, due to a technical error of any kind, more participants are deemed to be instant winners, or more instant win prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended instant win prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
